About the Speakers:

Grant Stevens, CFP®, Managing Director 

A native of Louisiana, Grant moved to Washington State receiving a finance degree from the University of Washington. During his college career, Grant joined Northwestern Mutual of Seattle as an intern later becoming an advisor winning Rookie of The Year. After attaining his Certified Financial Planner designation with Northwestern Mutual, Grant led the same internship program that developed him making it one of the top ten in the US. When the opportunity to join the South Florida Group became available, Grant took the opportunity now serving as Managing Director in Fort Lauderdale. Grant is an active supporter of the Jack and Jill Center, Alex’s Lemonade Stand, and all things ocean conservation. Additionally, Grant is a Crossfit coach, lover of all things active, including Pickleball and Beach Volleyball.

Brandon Bell, Financial Representative

Brandon began his career as an intern at Northwestern Mutual The South Florida Group in 2021. After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, Brandon joined Northwestern Mutual full time the following year. Brandon is a South Florida native committed to providing financial education and security to his community. As a passionate young professional, Brandon has been dedicated to organizations across South Florida including the Toastmasters Club at Florida Atlantic University and the Urban League of Broward County’s Young Professionals Network. Brandon enjoys spending his free time with friends and family and an avid reader in addition to supporting professional basketball and soccer on the weekends.
