Join us as we help the team at Birch State Park restore informational Kiosks!
Date: Saturday, August 10th, 2024
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and check-in.
Location: Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, 3109 E Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304
Attire and What to Bring: Wear closed toe shoes, dress for the outdoors, bring water in a reusable water bottle (we will have water stations available), snacks, sunscreen and bug spray as needed.
Parking and Meeting Location: All volunteers will be free entry. Parking will be in the beach hammock lot, first parking lot on the right after entering the park, and the meeting point for the project will be by the picnic tables in front of the lagoon and concession, see map below for location breakdown:
