Join EB as we assist Hands on Broward at Markham Park with gardening. We will either be at the Butterfly Garden or the Bird Garden. Our task will include weeding, spreading mulch, digging holes, and planting bird-friendly plants.

Attire:
Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing and must wear sneakers/closed-toe shoes - all volunteers will be working with dirt. Hats and sunscreen are recommended, and bug spray. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own water and gloves for the project.
Cost:
- This event is free for Emerge Broward (and only open to Emerge Broward members - make sure you are logged-in to your membership account before you register for the event).
- Entrance fee is waived. When you arrive at the park, inform the gate attendant that you are there to volunteer in the garden.
