Class Description
Our one-hour class will commence with a complimentary beverage of your choice, selected from our diverse wine and beer selection or a refreshing non-alcoholic option. You'll then dive into the art of crafting pizza dough from scratch, learning the perfect blend of flour, water, salt, and yeast to create the ideal base for your Neapolitan masterpiece.
After mastering the dough-making process, you'll receive a portion to take home, allowing you to hone your pizza-making skills at your leisure. Finally, you'll create your own personal pizza using our pre-risen dough, complete with an array of mouthwatering toppings.
