Are the holidays stressing you out? Join your Emerge Broward friends for a yoga class on a rooftop with beautiful views of the water and city, led by the instructors at FLIPANY. This 45 minute class is suitable for all levels and experiences. After the class, we'll walk to brunch in the area. Please bring your own yoga mat or large towel for the class, though we'll bring some backups in case you don't have one. Namaste.
