Join the Connect Committee for our Saturday Sunrise Stretch with Lucy Jane Hurley!
Lucy Jane is a 200-hour yoga certified instructor who completed her certification during a 2 week program in Lake Tahoe. She has been practicing yoga for about 8 years and it has brought her so much peace and clarity over the years. She teaches private yoga classes, meditations, and gives spiritual readings. Yoga is truly her passion and she continues to live out her life purpose by helping others find their “why” with their own practice.
On August 28th, she will guide us through a beginner’s sunrise class. Please plan to arrive at the location at 6:15 a.m.
Cost: $5 per member (This is an Emerge Broward members-only event)
What to bring: Yoga mat, sweat towel, water bottle
