Ishan and Kiran are the Co-Founders of trAin, an AI training and consulting platform dedicated to increasing efficiency in business processes. Together, they have leveraged Artificial Intelligence within various business models planting the seed for trAin with the goal of making AI best practices available to all. As South Florida natives in a booming tech market, Kiran and Ishan have led with a passion for innovation utilizing it as a platform to help others reach their full potential. With a mission to enhance the quality of life for individuals and organizations, trAin was born.

Ishan Outram Bio:

Ishan is the founder and CEO of “Your Story LLC”, a multimedia company comprised of award-winning creatives. Ishan has been instrumental in the growth of his start-up clients, acting as the visionary and strategist utilizing his expertise in marketing, technology, and business. Bridging the creative gap, Ishan leans on his background in video production, graphic design, and content creation to help his clients achieve their business goals. Ishan is a graduate of the University of Miami majoring in Cinema and Interactive Media. Through Ishan’s creative passion for filmmaking, art, and entrepreneurship he uses “Your Story” as the platform to tell stories with the core belief we all have a unique story to share.

Kiran Outram Bio:

Kiran is a recent graduate of the University of Miami receiving his Master’s degree in Business Analytics along with a Six Sigma Green Belt. Kiran’s professional experience spans across various analytical and consulting roles including Crowe Consulting and Cinch Home Services. In his current role, Kiran is a Revenue Analyst at Royal Caribbean combining his expertise in analytics and finance. Kiran’s natural curiosity and passion for simplifying processes, has led to his mission to utilize AI tools to generate efficient and effective outcomes.
